LVIS™ EVO remodeling technique by MICROVENTION

Tutorial

Microvention LVIS EVO.

See the technique that consists of first coiling the aneurysm using balloon remodeling to ensure dense packing density while providing optimal periprocedural protection ("sentinel" use of the balloon) and then deploying the LVIS EVO through the Scepter Balloon to induce light flow diversion effect while supporting coil mass and providing scalfolding effect at the aneurysm neck to enhance endothelization.
