Phenox - Decision making and sizing for p48 MW and p64 MW (HPC)

p48 MW and p64 MW can be used in the endovascular treatment of :
- saccular and fusitom aneurysms and pseudoaneurysms
- vascular dissections in the acute and chronic phases
- vascular perforation and AV fistulae

p48 MW and p64 MW are available with HPC coating.
Compatible with microcatheter 0.021"

Sizing:
Select the implant diameter so that the deployed diameter comes as close as possible to the target vessel diameter, in order to achieve proper vessel wall apposition.

If possible the implant should cover the aneurysm neck with 1/3 of the total implant length proximally and 1/3 distally

Vessels size:
p48 MW = 1.75 to 3 mm
p64 MW = 2.5 to 5mm

Ensure that the implant does not end proximally in a narrow vessel curve because this may constrain a full proximal expansion.

For advanced sizing, p64, p48 MW and p64 MWN are available in Sim & Size. Adjust your landing zone, and select the diameter and length to choose the best sizing. Ensure that the implant doesn't end proximally in a narrow vessel curve because this may constrain a full proximal expansion.
